By purchasing products with membership prices where you save up to 80%, you are automatically enrolled in a membership plan.

During the first 2 days you will enjoy full access to the acquired membership, however on day 2 your automatic recharge will start and we will charge the full price of the selected membership plan and your discounts continues.

The recurring membership fee is automatically paid every 30 days from the date of subscription trial and will be deducted from the selected payment method.

You can always contact our support for a cancellation of your membership on our email or live chat.

– Log in to your account and go to “My Account”, go to “Cancel Membership” and click “Cancel”.
– By contacting our customer support team at the email address support@joophys.com or via live chat.
– By clicking on “Cancel membership” and completing the information request.

You will receive a confirmation email regarding the cancellation of your membership.
* Please note that you cannot cancel your membership within the first 24 hours while we update the registration information.

You can always shop on our online store by browsing our products and clicking on Shop in the navigation, or access the products from our frontpage. From there, you just add products to your cart and go checkout – its that simple!

We do not refund the prices of the membership plans as you have immediate full access to our services.

Yes. All products ordered as a member will be delivered to you, even if you cancel your membership before it is sent from us.

From the time the order is dispatched, it should take between 2-7 business days to arrive.

If you wish to return a product, simply contact our customer service team at support@joophys.com and we’ll guide you through the process!

If you have purchased goods If you are not satisfied with your order, you can change your mind within 14 days of receiving your goods. Remember the goods which have been released after delivery by you and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
