If you have a JPHS-BILLING charge on your bank statement or credit/debit card statement, it is because you subscribed to our Plus Membership through a campaign where you got a product at minimum 50% discount, that you may not remember our brand or service, but you do remember the product campaign where you saved a lot of money.

All subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. To cancel your subscription please send us an email at support@joophys.com and we will execute your request within a few work days. You can also cancel your subscription by clicking on the button at the Account Page: “Cancel Membership” and sending us a message with the email you used when registering. In both cases we will send you an email with the confirmation of the cancellation of the subscription. Upon cancellation of your subscription, no further charges will be made to your card.

If you don’t remember purchasing a subscription here on Joophys, please send us an email or contact us through our website immediately, so we can fix the problem or see if you have bought a product to supplier price without noticing it, it happens once in a while.

The terms and conditions of our website is available at the bottom of our website. During your subscription, the registration page also displays a checkbox on the payment and registration form, which contains the specific Terms and Conditions and General Terms and Conditions that you must accept in order to register for our service.

The user subscribes to a 2-day trial to our service automatically if you buy a product for the discounted price. If the user does not cancel his subscription during the 2-day free trial period, he/she will be automatically be switched to the premium plan which costs 29 EUR per month and charged accordingly. And the premium subscription will continue to be charged every 30 days until the user cancels the subscription.

Payments are refundable if requested within 7 days of collection. After that time, the payment is not refundable. Please note that the trial period fee and the trial period setup fee is non-refundable. These are the terms and conditions that you accept when you subscribe to our service. Refunds will be made directly to the credit or debit card that was originally used to make payment for the service. Under no circumstances will refunds be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
